Delivery is free on orders over $200. Tariffs for orders below $200 are calculated personally in your order basket.
We use USPS as our delivery service.

Shipping is available throughout the USA, you can also choose free pickup.

1. Returns:

   – We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

   – To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Refunds:

   – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

   – Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Exclusions:

   – Used items are not eligible for refunds. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have already been in use.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

   – If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

5. How to Initiate a Return:

   – Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Provide your order number and details about the item you would like to return.

6. Shipping Costs:

   – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective/damaged item.

7. Refund Processing Time:

   – Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

8. Florida Law Compliance:

   – This policy complies with relevant Florida laws and regulations.
